Sleeping with pets?

I never thought I would allow an animal or pet to sleep on my bed with me but I loved it. Knowing she was there if I wake up from a nightmare makes me feel a bit better. Things might change if I ever get a boyfriend,

Time for a groom

Today Lily was brushed for the first time since moving in with me. I wasn't sure how she would react but she handled it very well. Now, let's hope bath time is not as stressful.

A new look

I decided Lilly needed a new look. Her fur had grown a bit too long and it looks like she feels better too. Also, she now has her own collar. I told her she never has to worry about wondering where her next meal comes from or if she has somewhere to sleep.

Such a sweet girl

This dog is so sweet she just wanders the house and sits with me when I am working on my books. I am so glad that I rescued her so she can live out her golden years.

Zombie proofing

Well after having to defend my garden I put up a fence to keep the zombies out and even bought myself a dog house for the dog.  I will save all the senior pets that way they have a chance at having a good life before they pass on.

New family member

I saw how many elder pets were living in the shelter I decided to give an elder pet a chance at a forever home even if it is not for very long. Her name is Lilly.
